JOBS

Physical Therapist

ROLE

The purpose of this role is to increase the health, happiness, and sustainability of our students through Powerbatics bodyweight strength and skills training. Physical Therapists (Athletics Client Success Executives) understand that they are more than just “PTs,” or “Coaches,” but that they are the THE PERSON that will help get a student past their own limiting beliefs, physical roadblocks, and across the goal line and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport and trust. They love our training methods, and must be diligent, humble, tenacious and ready to learn and implement our systems. They are motivated by helping our students achieve the highest levels of success. Physical Therapist (Athletics Client Success Executives) understand that the coaching process itself is a choreographed experience that ensures the success of the student and keeps them coming back for more progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Account Executives in a smooth onboarding process and Kickoff Call
  • Maintain a clear, up to date, and accurate student notes
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with students over extended periods using our systems
  • Ensure that 1:1’s are being conducted consistently and that each 1:1 is ending on a high-note with a win/victory
  • Encouraging students to share wins/victories with others as well as outside (social media, friends, family, etc.)
  • Document all interactions with all students in the “notes” section
  • Educate students on our training and renewal processes
  • Allow Senior Physical Therapist (Athletics Client Success Executive) to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available for 8 hour shift daily to take calls, meet with Team, train, etc. (timezone to be determined)
  • Assist with renewing students
  • Increase client success with creating, assessing, and modifying custom plans to address muscle imbalances and overcompensations
  • Conduct Level Tests and give certificates to students who perform the required skills
  • Collect and curate outstanding student video content
  • Train how we train (Powerbatics Bodyweight Strength & Sklill) to “practice what we preach” (you don’t need to be an expert, just part of the community and training)

RESULTS

  • Facilitate students in “Leveling Up” (graduating from Level to Level until they become Level 10 and proficient in at least 1 element of Powerbatics:  Handstand, Ninja Strength, Powermoves, Freerun, Cirque)
  • Maintain 80% renewal rate for all students
  • Ensure that your coaching gets 5-star reviews on Google
  • Build relationships such that your clients want to bring you referrals
  • Effective communication with the rest of staff
  • All internal systems and communications requirements are properly followed

REQUIREMENTS

Account Executive (Student Enrollment)

ROLE

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling qualified, inbound prospective students into our training. Account Executives understand that this is NOT “Sales” per se and that they are the first impression a prospect will get of the company and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport and trust. They must be diligent, humble, tenacious and ready to learn and implement our systems. They are motivated by helping our students achieve the highest levels of success. Account Executives understand that the enrollment process itself is a choreographed experience that qualifies the candidate ensuring they are a good match for our company while simultaneously having the customer begging to enroll.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
  • Maintain a clear, up to date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM
  • Ensure that automated SMS are being sent and report any issues to Marketing
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential students over extended periods using our systems via SMS and email
  • Document all interactions with all prospects and students in the “notes” section of CRM
  • Educate prospective students on our training, enrollment, and renewal processes
  • Allow Senior Account Executive to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available 9am-5pm local time to take calls, meet with Team, train, etc.
  • Assist with enrolling students
  • Facilitate smooth new student enrollment, onboarding, assignment to Coach, and handoff to Coach
  • Train how we train (Powerbatics Bodyweight Strength & Sklill) to “practice what we preach” (you don’t need to be an expert, just part of the community and training)

RESULTS

  • All prospects are properly moved in CRM, automated SMS sent, follow ups completed by EOD
  • A close rate of at least 80% of qualified inbound applications per week is maintained
  • All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefininitely
  • Collaborate with Data Collector to make sure all sales data is accurate for weekly and monthly reports
  • Effective communication with the rest of staff
  • All internal systems and communications requirements are properly followed

  • High-volume transactional exchange experience (large physical therapy caseloads, gym membership sales, etc.)

They love our training methods, and must be diligent, humble, tenacious and ready to learn and implement our systems. They are motivated by helping our students achieve the highest levels of success. Headquarters’ Coaches understand that the coaching process itself is a choreographed experience that ensures the success of the student and keeps them coming back for more progress.
