Hey there!

My name is Lee Weiland.

Just a few years back you were athletic, strong, and fit…or have aspirations to get there.

Life is full of peaks and valleys.  I’ve climbed a lot of metaphorical (and literal) mountains lol…and I’ve been down too…so I know where you’re coming from.  As an educator, youth pastor, and artist, I’ve spent years sitting behind a desk and I’ve had multiple back issues, multiple injuries, multiple surgeries, weight gain, you name it.
