My name is Lee Weiland.

I’m a husband and father.  I’ve been a youth pastor, educator, college teacher, artist, writer, philosopher, curriculum designer, martial artist, and acrobat.

But from years of sitting as a student, artist, and teacher, I developed 5 BULGING DISCS, Spinal Stenosis, and Arthritis, as well as sustained a major Bicep Tear and Neck Injury, along with the Weight Gain as a result, which I overcame with Bodyweight Strength & Skills Training.

And I’ve helped COUNTLESS OTHERS do the same.

My wife (a speech language pathologist) and I built Pacific Rim Athletics.
