Hi! My name is Lee.
I'm a husband and father. And I've been a youth pastor, an educator for middle school through high school, and a college teacher.
I'm also an artist, writer, philosopher, and curriculum designer.
My wife, Alexis, is a Speech Language Therapist and an expert educator.
We relocated from Florida to Alaska to work in the Anchorage School District. After a few years there, and some time at UAA, we decided it would be an awesome journey to build a training facility for acrobatics!
Now we have 2 children!
And a gym, an online business, a men's gymnastics team, a cirque performance team, and students and affiliate gyms all over the world.
And we're in Alaska to stay!
I love this kind of training and have maintained it for my entire life, from my old days of blood-and-guts martial arts competitions back in Texas, to learning bodyweight strength and acrobatics.
And it's what helped me overcome 4 bulging discs, spinal stinosis, and arthritis in my back that accumulated over the many years of sedentary work as a student, artist, and teacher.
So we built Pacific Rim Athletics to stay healthy, and to have an awesome place to raise our family, AAAND as a place to help others learn how to maximize their strength and health too!
