1-Hand Handstand Course
Detailed Training Notes:
1. Do 5 rounds of your best, most focused attempts with 1-3 minute rest periods in between. This is a powerlifting, absolute strength style approach. There are other options for training as well in the different programs.
2. Once you hit the mastery requirement, move to the next stage!
3. From my experience working with all ages and levels, it usually takes about 4-8 weeks to level up based on 2-3 times of training per week. Take your time and enjoy the process of developing new strength and skill on a DAILY BASIS!
Level 1: Frog Stand: 60 seconds
Level 2: Knee Stand: 60 seconds
Level 3: Kickups and Hold: 30 second handstand
Level 4: Stationary Handstand: 60 second handstand
Level 5: Handstand Rocks: 60 seconds of rocks
Level 6: Leaning Handstand: 30 seconds on each hand in 1 round
Level 7: 1 Hand and 5 Fingers: 30 seconds on each hand in 1 round
Level 8: Six Finger Handstand: 30 seconds on each hand in 1 round
Level 9: 1 Hand Handstand!!! Start building up to 10 seconds, then 30, then 1 minute!
