Neuroplasticity, overcoming obstacles, and reconditioning the mind for transformation and living beyond what are perceived as the limits.

3. BIOMECHANICS

Understanding the principles of building a foundation in strength & movement with special attention given to equipment-less practices such as:

Lee Weiland is an educator, athlete, and founder of Pacific Rim Athletics. With over 20 years of experience training, adventuring, and coaching, he can help you exprience Alaska in a whole new way. Qualifications range from Masters degrees in Philosophy and Education, to certifications in USAG, WCO, WFPF, and ISSA. Nothing compares to the actual personal experience of training and coaching others for over 2 decades.
